How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse the products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped or entered the production stage. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@brazenwellness.com.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you provided an incorrect address, please notify us immediately at support@brazenwellness.com. If the shipment is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Why was my payment method declined?
Payment may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank security restrictions. Verify your information and try again or use an alternative payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank or payment provider.
Shipping & Delivery
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For further assistance, please contact our support team at support@brazenwellness.com.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center. On average, domestic orders take 7-10 business days, and international orders may take 10-20 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by using the "Track Your Order" link on our website.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking information can sometimes take 1-2 days to update after your order has shipped. If there are no updates after 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Tracking updates can be delayed. If there are no updates for more than 10 business days, contact support@brazenwellness.com for assistance.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost in transit, contact support@brazenwellness.com. They will coordinate with the carrier to locate it or provide a replacement. However, they are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
What if my package says delivered but I didn't receive it?
If the shipping address is correct and the carrier marks the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we are unable to offer a reshipment or refund. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office for more information. If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier for further assistance. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns? What if there's an issue with the item?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items. Contact support@brazenwellness.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact support@brazenwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. They will provide return instructions.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, contact support@brazenwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. They will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide an appropriate resolution.
How can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. To request a refund, notify support@brazenwellness.com within 7 days and provide photos of the issue. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
